Psychologist: What is the one agent thing that I need to improve urgently to ensure the product satisfy you?
Client: The part that need agent response to is the taste of the product.
Psychologist: What should I stop doing while presenting the product?
Client: One of the things that I feel you should stop is using blue paper bag to cover this product. The black bag makes it to look unattractive to the customer who is carrying it home.
