This study provides detailed information of the strengths and weakness of an individual with the help of Continuous Professional Development (CPD) Plan. This study also inculcates the record of achievements as per the outlines plan. Moreover, this study also illustrates the future plans based on development in Information Technology (IT) field. Previously, I have worked under my supervisors where they used to prefer me to be the best employee for my effective IT knowledge.I used to work in team with my peers where I was able to acquire a varied range of knowledge from the diversified people involved at my workplace. Moreover, the seniors of my previous workplace were good motivators and used to always motivate me for achieving high targets.Additionally, I prefer to acquire new knowledge from my experienced seniors and try to improve my skills according to their perception. With this, I am effectively able to develop professional skills that have assisted me in contributing to the productivity of my workplace.At the same time, I found myself to be motivated to work in the present work culture. Evidence for supporting findings

My strengths and weaknesses are evident from the incident when one of senior asked to assemble the programming created by me; I was unable to execute the same even after five to six trials. However, I installed AI in one of our systems for calculating the detailed performance of my workplace. The implementation was successful and the system was effectively able to provide correct results of the regular completion of our targets.At the same time, I was able to convince my seniors for the ineffective execution of the program which displayed my good communication skills.This scenario can be an example of the findings of my personal strengths and weaknesses.

The opportunity to interact with clients worldwide has provided an option to acquire employment opportunities across all over the world.Moreover, developing higher personalisation and effective decision-making abilitiesassists in making better planning and strategies for the amelioration of my workplace. Justification of plan with assessment of potential risks

The personal development plan is developed based on the identified weaknesses that might create a hindrance in achieving the targets of my future career. Thus, by following this plan I would be able to improve the areas of inadequacies in my professional occupation. For developing programming skills and improving patience level would help me in increasing work efficiency and dealing with clients and seniors effectively.Additionally, increasing the efficacy in allocating tasks to respective team members by acknowledging them regarding their goals help in accomplishment of tasks within timeframe.However, it the objectives are not met then there might a possibility of potential risks which might hamper my professional development skills thereby affecting the economic development of the workplace. During meeting the objectives as presented in the PDP, it is required to maintain ethical practices and legislation at workplace. For instance, all the employees at workplace need to be ensured that they are complying Health and Safety at Work etc. Act 1974 for acquiring safe working environment (Hse.gov.uk, 2020). Moreover, it is required to socialize with different people in the workplace to make better decisions and to secure the data of its clients and customers for maintaining privacy. The employees also need to develop proper etiquette and maintain dignity at workplace. Proper etiquette would help the IT professional to enhance the brand image of their workplace and also increases the productivity generation of the workplace.
