They have to be educated about how to manage the stress by making them to learn some techniques like feeling relaxed and practicing some breathing exercises, maintain healthy and timely diet in order to prevent Gastro intestinal problems, practicing laughing exercises they should be educate that sleeping at least for 8hours in a day will reduce the stress, sharing about their problems by talking with others such that they feel relaxed, and developing positive thinking.

These all the practices has to be followed by the nurses in order to cope up the stress at their work and motivational classes also to be conducted in order to encourage them such that they feel free from their stress and they should be provided with timely rewards for their hard work which makes them to work with more enthusiasm without feeling stressed and also their stress can be managed by providing them proper resources at work which will increase their comfort and enhance their interest to work.
