The nursing leaders need to effectively communicate with the staff, plan for the different schedules, ensure of proper time management, and thereby make sure of providing the right treatments to all the patients that are admitted in a given hospital (Ziebarth, 2014). It will thereby allow them to overcome the different challenges of workplace environment in the organization (Hickey, Hasnani-Samnani, & Ryba, 2015).
