Develop an activity diagram in your Visual Paradigm model for the scenario below that details a customer "adding a comment to a resolved case".

Solution: In this diagram we have shown the interaction between system and the customer .We customer want to comment on resolved cases then they have to login into the system. Then from his account he will open the resolved case then he will comment on it. Then the system will check the employ who had worked previously is still working with company if yes then the system will sent a notification mail to the technician and if not then new case will open and new technician will be assigned to the case.

Develop a domain model for the entire 1Fibre NZ Support System. Create a class diagram in your Visual Paradigm model to show all the classes.

Solution: In the diagram we have shown all the classes of 1Fibre NZ Company. Here we have included customer class which have inheriting class registration. Customer class will associated with service and cases. The cases class will have four inheriting class i.e. Open, Resolved, Closed, Stalled.
