American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine Application Service (AACOMAS)
AACOMAS allows international students to simultaneously apply to multiple schools of Osteopathic Medicine and completes the entire application process. Schools will need to send you the recommendation letter yourself but other than that all application work is done by AACOMAS. Through this the application can be made possible and streamlined.
AACOMAS provides international students an opportunity to fill out the application form for the schools of osteopathic medicine and students can send this form to the schools of their choice. AACOMAS works for both international students and domestic students on a similar scale. This service is created by the non-profit group American Association of Colleges of Osteopathic Medicine to simplify the application process for students of osteopathic medicine.
AACOMAS needs to verify your application information and for this you have to send official school transcripts to their office and you have to send the information to the address mentioned here by the registrar of the college as copies of transcripts are not accepted by them :

Students must complete the spring semester of their junior year as well as obtain semester grades. AACOMAS does not accept students who have not completed the spring semester and have not obtained grades in the academic year
Research work or coursework that was received by students outside of school and is not considered part of a US-sponsored program will require students to be assessed to determine US equivalence. This is very important for international students who want to attend a sponsored school
After all these tasks are completed, you will need to create an online account for which an active email address and password will be required. This is important so that you can keep your information private. Now you can start the application process

Biographical Information Students must provide information about their high school, their address and citizenship.
Before applying to any medical school, you must clear the medical college entrance exam. After Medical College Entrance Exam you can check the score sent to AACOMAS by its website and select AACOMAS. If you haven't thought about the MCAT exam yet, do so as soon as possible.
In this section, you have to give information about some questions related to your family.
Additional Academic, Personal and Professional Profile
Here you need to be prepared to answer questions related to legal background, educational history and medical background.
Most of the questions in this section will be related to demographic information, your legal name and social security number.
Community, Extracurricular, Volunteer Service
Here you have to give information about the experience related to the medical field, if you have taken training from a doctor or worked under him, then you can tell your experience here.
In the personal statement, you have to write your passion and interest towards your school in the form of an essay. This essay can be up to 4,500 characters long in which you must describe your passion for medical school.
If you have ever worked in a hospital or worked under a doctor, then you can mention your experience in this section. This part is related to jobs, so even if you have experience, mention it otherwise don't.
Apart from all this, while applying; some medical schools will also have to send letters of recommendation along with the application. You cannot send this letter of recommendation through AACOMAS. You have to send this letter to the school yourself, for this you can use the interfolio website and send letters of recommendation through them. The Interfolio website also streamlines your application and helps you submit paperwork to schools.
After all this is done and the application is filled, you can send the application to the school of your choice and pay for it. The first school application cost was $175 and additional school costs are $32. The cost mentioned here is intended only to give an idea to the students as these prices are subject to change at any time.
